Empowering Young Minds for a Brighter Tomorrow

Hostel Campus Life

Our hostel is a home away from home. Established with the same core values that guide our school, the hostel provides every resident student with a safe, structured, and nurturing environment to live, learn, form lifelong friendships, and grow into independent individuals.

Parental Visits & Timings

To promote balanced independence and structured discipline, parents are permitted to visit their children exactly three times during the academic calendar year:

August Visit
November Visit
January Visit
  • Visit Timings: Strictly from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on designated visit days.
  • Authorized Visitors: Only parents are permitted to visit. Parents must register the names of two local guardians at the time of admission. Only these two registered individuals will be permitted to visit in the absence of parents.
  • Security Protocol: No other visitors will be allowed under any circumstances. All communications must be made through the Principal only.

Health & Medical Care Protocols

In the event of sudden illness or emergency, special medical care will be professionally arranged immediately, and all medical expenses will be charged directly to the parents.

Mandatory Immunization List:

Before joining the hostel framework, all residential students must be fully inoculated and vaccinated against:

✓ Cholera
✓ Typhoid
✓ Tuberculosis
✓ Smallpox
✓ Hepatitis B

⚠️ Critical Health Admission Clause

Children suffering from Epilepsy, Hysteria, Heart conditions, or any other serious illness will not be admitted to the hostel. Concealing such conditions at the time of admission is treated as a serious offence. The parent or guardian will be held fully responsible for any consequences arising from it.

Hostel Rules & Regulations

  • Premises Restriction: No student is permitted to leave the hostel premises without explicit permission. Violation may lead to instant expulsion.
  • Festival Rules: No student will be allowed to go home for religious functions or/and pujas during the active running academic session.
  • Holiday Return: All hostel students must return promptly after holidays as per the exact schedule instructed by the hostel authority.
  • Financials & Bills: Any extra items given to a student beyond the approved list will be systematically charged in the miscellaneous bill. Any expenses incurred by the student inside or outside the hostel will be entirely borne by the parents.
  • Wardrobe Rules: Only good quality, disciplined clothes should be brought to the hostel campus.
  • Final Jurisdiction: In all clear matters of discipline and operational protocols, the decision of the hostel authority remains absolute and final.

Food & Nutrition

The hostel dining hall offers cleanly prepared, balanced both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal options daily. Special medical diet frameworks will be provided in unavoidable cases only, based strictly on the certified requirements of the child.

Letters & Mail

Letters addressed to hostel students care of the Principal or Warden will be responsibly reviewed before delivery to ensure safety. Please note that only letters explicitly written in English will be delivered to the students.

What to Bring

A detailed, itemized list of clothing, bedding, and daily utilities to be brought to the hostel will be provided to each parent directly at the time of admission. Students are expected to bring all listed items before officially joining the campus.
